Got the one month lunch only plan when staring a new job - so many new things happening at the same time and I wanted to establish a healthy eating routing while reducing my TODO list. I opted for the low carb/fat loss plan so I can add my own carbs as needed depending on my activity level. The food is tasty, simple, clean, and the cook is expert. Crispy veggies and spot on spicing.
